we offer refunds on every item from our core & drops section within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please note our outlet section is final sale. If you would like to return your order please pop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Kindly allow 2-3 working days for a response.
we strongly advise that you use a tracked postal service to post your garment/s back to us as we cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels which have not been sent with a signed for label.
once your return has been accepted package up your garment in its original packaging with a note of your order number and name.
we will process your refund within 3-5 working days of receiving your garment/s back. Refunds may take 10-14 days to show in your account from the date we process your refund.
please note any garments which do not arrive in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the hang tag still attached cannot be refunded. Return parcels must have your order number included in order for us to be able to identify your order.
If garments are posted back to us without requesting a return your original payment details will be charged the standard delivery fee £5.50 to post it back to you. If you have any questions with regards to returns please drop us an email at email@example.com.
outlet products are final sale. If the item isn’t suitable we offer a credit note, no returns of outlet items are accepted.
