However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your STESSO purchase which is why we offer exchanges and returns on every item from our Core & Drops section within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please note our Outlet section is exchange only. If you require an exchange or refund please follow the guide below on how to do so.
Unfortunately, as STESSO is a small company we don’t pay for postage on returns/exchanges just yet – bare with us bby! We strongly advise that you use a tracked postal service to post your garment/s back to us as we cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels which have not been sent with a Signed For label.
Do not post garment/s back without requesting a return/exchange or they will not be accepted. Once your return/exchange has been accepted package up your garment in its original packaging with a note of your order number and name.
Want to exchange your item for a different size? No problem, just head to the ‘my account’ section, login & create an exchange. Don’t have an account? Head to the Request Form. Once you’ve submitted your request it will then be submitted for review, you will receive an email regarding your request within 24-48 hours – check your junk! Exchange parcels must have your order number/name included in order for us to be able to identify your order. If an exchange is made it is final.

If you are out-with the 14 day return period you will be unable to create a return. Returns & exchange policy
You have 14 days from the date of you receiving your order to return or exchange your garment/s. You must follow the exchange/returns process above to qualify for a return/exchange. Your refund will take 10-14 days to appear in your account.
Please note any garments which do not arrive in their original condition & with the return ribbon and hang tag still attached cannot be refunded. Return/exchange parcels must have your order number included in order for us to be able to identify your order.

Outlet products are exchange only. We allow you to exchange your garment/s for any other garment/s on the site – stock allowing. If an exchange is made it is final.
